Steve is a 7th generation Texan, with roots dating back to the original settlers of Texas. Born and raised in Houston, he has lived in Fort Bend for over a decade.
Steve has spent almost two decades practicing law. He served as Senior Counsel and General Counsel to multi-national companies and has practiced in both local and Federal courts since 2003 representing civil and criminal clients.
Steve has been married for 20 years to his wife Rebecca, and they have four children: Emily, John, Mac, and Will. Members of St. Laurence Catholic Church, Steve works to strengthen marriages and protect families by volunteering, serving, and teaching in ministry.
“We are at a time in our country where our very freedoms and liberties are under attack from radical cancel culture and activist judges. There is a push to turn our judges into legislators and invent law. I am running for district court judge to protect the constitutions of the United States and Texas.
Being your neighbor has been a blessing and having the opportunity to serve in this district is a privilege. My bench will be one where everyone has equal justice under the law. I will serve and protect the people of Fort Bend County. And I will not give in to peer pressure to do anything less than follow the Law as it is written.
